3DS has a disappointingly high amount of new series entries including Kingdom Hearts, a new SSB, OOC remake, etc. I hate that Nintendo did that, but yeah, you should get the 3DS.

3Ds is funner but you can play emulators on the psp very easily (i'll send you a link on how to do it if you want)
