Rainbow Dash = Naruto Uzamaki
Fluttershy = either Sakura Haruno or Hinata Hyuga
Twilight Sparkle = Kakashi Hatake
Applejack = Rock Lee
Rarity = Lady Tsunade
Pinkie Pie = Jiraiya
Or she's a raging tsundere who smashes things with her fists, and doesn't tend to care what other people think. The only thing she's really got in common with Sakura is healing and mood swings.
Here's my breakdown... but it's pretty much your breakdown, because you did a really good job with yours:
Rainbow Dash = Naruto Uzamaki (personalities similar and both are strong/fast but somewhat-unskilled)
Fluttershy = Hinata Hyuga (personalities are very similar, plus Hinata even has a 'stare'!)
Twilight Sparkle = Kakashi Hatake (mainly because of their ability to 'copy' any 'spell')
Pinkie Pie = 'Lighthearted' Tobi (extremely similar randomness, prone to do odd things, and both have unusual 'temporal' abilities - and both run fast)
Applejack = Rock Lee (both are very strong, but also lack the natural abilities of their friends)
Rarity = Ino Yamanaka (both work in a shop for 'accessories' (flowers/dresses), and both have a similar love for beauty... and a sour side
